Mattress Point Refer & Reward — program terms
- A person registers once as a referrer and may use the same registered code or link for multiple eligible referrals.
- The referred person must be a new Mattress Point customer and must use the referrer’s registered code or link when first submitting an enquiry.
- The referred customer receives $200 off an eligible adjustable-bed purchase of $2,500 or more.
- The referrer receives a $200 cash reward for each eligible referred order after it is fully paid, delivered and any applicable cancellation or cooling-off period has passed.
- There is no fixed limit on eligible referrals, but every claim is verified against Mattress Point’s records.
- Cash rewards are normally paid by bank transfer. Mattress Point will contact the registered referrer for payment details after a reward becomes eligible. Do not enter bank details into the public registration form.
- Only one referral code may be applied to an order. Self-referrals, duplicate claims, backdated claims and fabricated referrals are not permitted.
- Referrers are independent participants, not employees, sales agents or representatives of Mattress Point. They must not promise prices, discounts, availability, health outcomes or product features beyond authorised Mattress Point information.
- The program cannot be combined with another referral offer. Mattress Point may withhold rewards where there is suspected misuse or where the program terms are not met.
- Mattress Point may vary or withdraw the program while honouring referrals already confirmed as eligible.
